We provide rental valuations for all types of urban property.

In many cases, an examination of rental income and lease terms form an integral part of our appraisal of the capital value of a property.  However, a rental appraisal may be required in isolation.  Examples of such cases are:

New Lease

 

We can negotiate on behalf of clients if a new lease is to be entered into for a particular property.  This could have significant occupancy cost savings over the lease term.

 

Rent Review

 

An existing lease may incorporate a market rent review clause.  In such circumstances we can offer expert advice to ensure a fair rent is determined.
