Being a Brisbane based firm of registered property valuers, our work is primarily located within the Brisbane metropolitan area and the Gold and Sunshine Coasts. We can undertake property valuations of residential property including houses and units, commercial and industrial property, vacant land and are also able to conduct feasibility studies of development projects.
We can provide valuations in regions outside of South-East Queensland by arrangement, either personally or through long standing associations with local valuers.
We have also completed a State wide portfolio revaluation of various Australia Post property assets. This included properties ranging from vacant land in remote mining towns to major assets in Cairns and Townsville, regional towns and Thursday Island.
Bristow & Associates has acted for both the Logan City and Brisbane City Councils since 1991 on a wide variety of property related matters for Council projects. In this capacity we have developed proven abilities in the following:-
We have undertaken similar valuation services for private clients and solicitors firms acting for claimants against the various government departments. The most recent of these actions involved the current road widening of the Pacific Highway from Brisbane to the Gold Coast.
