We provide capital valuations for all types of urban property, including:

Residential

From the humble single dwelling to the most luxurious residence or strata unit, we provide a valuation service primarily for mortgage security purposes.  However, we also undertake valuations on behalf of individuals and for family law, litigation and insurance purposes.

We frequently provide short form valuations to mortgage lenders within the uniform 48-72 hour turnaround.  Valuations can be conducted in shorter timeframes upon request depending on circumstance.

Industrial

There are many differing forms of industrial property ranging from hi tech service industry based units to dated factories.  We can provide formal assessments on all properties within this diverse sub-sector.

Commercial

Bristow and Associates can offer full valuation services whether the interest be a small strata office suite or a building within the Central Business District.  We also have considerable experience within the suburban office market.

Retail

We have considerable experience in valuing all kinds of retail property including CBD stores, shopping centres, neighbourhood centres and free standing suburban shops.

Specialist Properties

Specialist properties and interests can extend to various classifications.  They may include heritage buildings, quarries and extractive industry, management rights, sugar mills and abattoirs.
